I recommend using Philip Stevens as your realtor. He took the stress out of buying a home. My wife and I sent lists of houses that we liked and he showed us everything we wanted to see and more he found. He never made you feel rushed or bad for dragging him around from house to house. Philip Stevens took the time for us and went above and beyond what we think a Realtor should do. He always was there for any questions or concerns we had. He is also just a genuinely nice guy!!
